Founded in 2010 at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) in Phoenix, Arizona, the Collaborative Sequencing Center (CSC) provides advanced short read and long read sequencing services for projects of any scale. We offer a wide range of applications, including whole genome sequencing, telomere to telomere assemblies, exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, and full-length transcript sequencing. Our team has extensive expertise in nucleic acid extraction and library preparation for a variety of workflows.
Our facility features state-of-the-art platforms including the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus and PacBio Onso for short read sequencing, and the Oxford Nanopore PromethION and PacBio Revio for long read sequencing. Every project is supported by our internally developed laboratory information management system, which ensures seamless tracking from sample receipt through quality control, sequencing, and comprehensive post-run data review.
